You will serve as the central orchestrator of ICON''s Engineering Change Order (ECO) process, working across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and Quality to ensure changes are governed rigorously and executed cleanly from introduction through production. As ICON scales deployments and continuously improves its technology, this role is critical to ensuring that product changes - spanning mechanical, electrical, software, and materials - are evaluated, approved, communicated, and implemented with full traceability and minimal disruption to field operations.
