Responsibilities: Execute laboratory experiments, including chemical reactions, synthesis, sample preparation, and performance characterization to develop new chemical products, improve existing formulations, and optimize manufacturing processes, with minimal supervision. Serve as project lead, with guidance from management, to drive project management tasks including planning, setting milestones, and meeting project deadlines, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
