Key Accountabilities:* Prioritizemaintenance and repair activities for company grounds, equipment and parts* Assist with the maintenance, testing, and repair of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, and carpentry work* Operate and support material handling equipment, fire protection systems, hazardous waste processes, and sanitation equipment* Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations; participate in emergency response as needed* Maintain efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates for accuracy and cost-effectiveness* Coordinate and oversee work performed by external vendors and contractors* Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure adequate supply levels* Ensure all facility vehicles are clean, fueled, and maintained in proper working condition* Partner with the Safety Department to implement and uphold safety policies and procedures* Remain available for on-call support as requiredRequirementsKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:* Material handling equipment, building maintenance, fire systems, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry* Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics* Effective interpersonal and written communication skills* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills* Experience with budget managementEducation/Experience/Training:* High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree in engineering preferred* Minimum three (3) years related experience required* Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.
