Supports the planning, organization, and oversight of maintenance activities including plant operations, building systems, grounds, utilities, preventive maintenance, contractor management, regulatory compliance, and work order management. Assists in coordinating maintenance, repair, and improvement activities for UMMH-owned and leased facilities, ensuring buildings, grounds, and infrastructure are maintained in a safe, reliable, and operational condition.
