Responsibilities: Eliciting requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, observation, and document review; Writing requirements artifacts: business requirements documents, functional specs, user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases, and data definitions; Acting as translator between business stakeholders and developers, clarifying ambiguity during development, and keeping requirements current as understanding evolves; Supporting testing: defining test scenarios, helping with UAT, and confirming that what was built matches what was needed; Maintaining traceability from business need to requirement to delivered feature; Mapping current-state and future-state business processes, and identifying gaps and inefficiencies; Doing data analysis, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis to support decisions; and. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field; Internship experience in a Software Development or Clinical environment; Strong written and oral communication skills; Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, systems and processes; Demonstrated business acumen; Excellent project management skills; and.
