Field operations, including working with custom farming operators, as directedMaintain, repair and rebuild various production mechanisms and equipment to ensure effective operation, including but not limited to loading chutes, crates, gates, ventilation system components, curtains, power washers, feed and water systemsProvide general maintenance and upkeep on company-owned buildings to prevent deterioration, including but not limited to building partitions, walls, roofs & roof systems, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, concrete repairs and other parts of building structuresPerform general, preventative maintenance service and repairs on air-conditioning and heating systemsProvide general plumbing repair and installationProvide minor electrical repair and installationEnsure the proper planning and completion of new construction, minor remodeling and ad hoc projects as assignedEnsure proper & timely Company documentation & record keeping requirements are being met.
