The team coordinates SwRI’s engagement efforts primarily by planning and executing various events for staff, supporting employee resource groups, and participating in community engagement through high school tours and by attending community events. Who We Are: The Engagement Team within the Human Resources Department is responsible for advising Human Resources, the Executive team, various project teams, and SwRI Advisory Groups on engagement topics, trends, and initiatives.
