Formulate and continuously update nursing care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, comfort, and positive outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients based on physiologic, developmental, and psychosocial needs.
