This position performs preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnoses equipment malfunctions, repairs mechanical and electrical systems, and supports building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical distribution, emergency backup systems, fire protection, lighting, security, and communications networks. The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and modifying building systems, industrial machinery, and facility equipment to support safe and efficient operations across the TECO-Westinghouse facility.
