This position serves as a senior operational resource within the import team and works closely with customers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), government agencies, carriers, overseas offices, internal operations teams, and customs brokerage partners. The Senior entry writer independently handles complex customs entries, resolves shipment and documentation exceptions, supports regulatory compliance, monitors key operational metrics, and provides guidance and training to junior team members.
