AI Automation and Agentic Workflows: Design, build, and operate AI-powered automations and agent-based workflows (using LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, and workflow platforms) that connect to the systems where work already happens, such as Sitetracker/Salesforce, SharePoint and Microsoft 365, Notion, financial and data-room platforms, and document repositories. Preferred: Experience with low-code and workflow automation platforms (Power Platform/Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or similar); administration of enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce/Sitetracker, or ArcGIS Online/Enterprise; scripting for administrative automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API); and Microsoft or Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102, AI-102).
