The Assistant Property Manager performs many of the same tasks as the Property Managerincluding leasing, marketing, accounting, maintenance, resident relations, and management reportingbut under the direction of the Property Manager. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
