Related maintenance training, an apprenticeship, or certification(s) is preferred but not required for this entry level position, along with the ability to communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members. You’ll help keep guest areas, buildings, and equipment in good working order through routine upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs.
