Depending on your experience level and role, your responsibilities may include: Project Execution & Technical Work (All Roles): Performing, coordinating, and managing fieldwork, including pavement coring, soil borings, test pits, and NDT data collection. Technical Lead only: Providing technical direction for the Pavement Engineering practice, optimizing processes and adopting new technologies (including data analytics and AI tools), ensuring quality engineering deliverables, and driving growth through marketing, business development, and client relations.
