The role serves as a key extension of the CFO Office, supporting Finance communications, organizational engagement, change management, executive support activities, and strategic coordination efforts that help ensure Finance priorities are clearly communicated, organizational changes are effectively implemented, and leadership objectives are consistently reinforced across the organization. Support initiatives that strengthen engagement, transparency, collaboration, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness across Global Finance; partner with Human Resources and Finance leaders to develop content, materials, and engagement activities for town halls, leadership forums, offsites, leadership development efforts, and other programs designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
