p>Through a structured training plan including classroom, online, and hands-on learning across various areas, you will learn: - Sales and Customer Service: Support customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
PAY: $51,672 - $54k+ per year, which includes a base pay of $18.00 per hour plus a minimum of eight hours of overtime per week (paid at a time and a half rate of $27.00 per hour), plus monthly bonuses (minimum of $3k per year).
This entry-level position is responsible for coordinating all subcontracted manufacturing processes required to support the production of precision-machined components for aerospace, defense, and commercial customers. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is comfortable working both at a desk and throughout the shop floor.
