This role independently owns improvement initiatives, technical problem solving, process optimization, and project execution while partnering with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and shop-floor employees to deliver sustainable, measurable results. Develop business cases, quantify expected impact, track project performance, and validate measurable improvements in productivity, labor efficiency, cost, throughput, equipment utilization, scrap, rework, and process stability.
