The majority of tasks and responsibilities are related to preparing, dispensing, and distributing medications, including, but not limited to, compounded non-sterile products (CNSPs), patient specific and non-specific non-sterile medication doses, and prepackaged or unit-dose products containing oral, injectable, or other medications. Provides customer service when answering incoming patient calls, communicating with patients on urgent requests, and communicating with medical/nursing staff to obtain key information needed.
