- Base pay plus Commission/Bonus.
Compensation: $25,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission.
Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager: - A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on sales experience, learn proven sales techniques from top performers, and grow into a Senior Account Manager position where you will manage and oversee a specific territory or region.
