Who You Are** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrology, or environmental, civil, or chemical engineering, or a related field + At least 12 years of post-education environmental consulting experience + Demonstrated success in the development and management of clients + Proven leadership skills and experience in managing complex projects and teams + Experience managing the overall delivery of projects, including project planning and controls, financial management, change management, risk management, and contract/subcontract management + Detailed understanding of soil and groundwater remediation regulations + Detailed understanding of Washington and Oregon regulations + Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams + Ability and willingness to travel within region and occasionally outside region + Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced degree in the same fields + Washington, Oregon, and/or Idaho professional registration (e.g., P.E., P.G.), or ability and willingness to obtain + Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers **WSP Benefits:** + WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career. + Compensation: + Expected Salary (all locations): $133,200 - $171,000 + WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
