At a minimum, the applicant should have direct experience with the environmental due diligence surveys/documentation/approvals both for private and public projects that may be regulated under California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB / SWRCB), U.S. and Cal EPA Department of Toxic Substances Control, RCRA, or other regulatory governing oversight. Provide oversight, review, and interpretation of data as part of new or ongoing investigations, mitigation, monitoring, or remedial projects, characterizing the geologic conditions, hydrologic character, contaminant types and distribution to evaluate risks and provide input for the design and optimization of appropriate remedial measures.
