Position requires knowledge of utility and facilities equipment such as air handlers, boilers, air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps & drives, heat exchangers, air compressors, hot water package units, clean steam and water for injection systems. The Maintenance Technician, Facilities & Utilities, is responsible for the inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of critical utility systems and associated equipment supporting the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems that support the facility.
