Lead incident investigations and corrective actions by identifying root causes, implementing preventive measures, tracking action items, and analyzing trends to reduce workplace injuries and environmental incidents. Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors to identify and mitigate risks, support new equipment and facility projects, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
