Investigate the cause of incidents, including injuries, shrink/inventory concerns, security threats, powered industrial truck incidents, and near misses, and partner with DC leadership to develop corrective measures and controls. In addition, the EHSS Director is responsible for ensuring operational and procedural compliance, auditing, hazmat compliance, conducting investigations, managing and proposing solutions to mitigate injuries/losses as well as presenting key findings to leadership.
