Maintain accurate reporting on exposure, matter status, strategy, expected recovery, legal spend, key dates, and next actions; provide regular updates to Credit, Finance, Legal, and senior management regarding significant matters, trends, risks, and forecasts. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, the Litigation & Recovery Manager will develop and execute strategies to maximize recoveries, protect company assets, and resolve matters efficiently while balancing financial, legal, customer, and reputational considerations.
