The Director will partner with executive leadership, regional and business unit leaders, Human Resources, Operations, and project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and drive measurable improvements in workplace safety. Ensure appropriate programs are in place for electrical safety, fall protection, ladder and lift safety, lockout/tagout, personal protective equipment (PPE), hazard communication, and other relevant workplace hazards.
