What You Need to Be Considered for the Role: • Associate Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or other related field required; Bachelors Degree Preferred • Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience required, preferably in a food manufacturing industry • Training and/or experience in management/leadership preferred • Wastewater Operator license required • Have knowledge of the mechanical, biological, chemical, and disposal processes involved in the operation of the treatment facility • Ability to make sound decisions regarding the operation of plant processes and equipment with a high degree of judgment • Ability to analyze and interpret laboratory tests for the purpose of making operational decisions or adjustments • Demonstrated leadership ability including ability to effectively speak and present information and respond to questions • Strong math, reading, and writing skills • Ability to comprehend technical instructions/policies/procedures in written, verbal, or diagram form.
