Human Capital Development PhD - Emphasizes a scholar-practitioner approach to organizational development, leadership, performance improvement and evaluation, learning and talent development, workforce development, qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistics, and applied organizational practice. Depending on the program/class needs and adjunct interests, assignments can be undergraduate and/or graduate sections in formats to include fully online, fully in-person at the Gulf Park Campus, or a blend of online and in-person.
