The Senior HS&E Specialist is responsible for the supervision, coaching, and development of the HS&E Coordinator, while also building organizational capability by developing and mentoring Key Element Owners, Sub-Key Element Owners, and Safety Functional Leaders to drive accountability, engagement, and sustainable performance across the facility.
