We are searching for an Environmental, Health and Safety Director to join our team located at our manufacturing facility in Temple, TX.

Responsibilities:
Your Role: As a Environmental, Health and Safety Director you will responsible for leading and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs within the Reynolds Cooking Business Unit (BU). This position is responsible for leading the EHS program for four US manufacturing sites, and one Toronto based Canadian site. This includes heavy industrial manufacturing and CPG manufacturing environments. This role involves developing and implementing policies and strategies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, improve workplace safety, and minimize environmental impact. Qualifications:

Posted Salary Range:
USD $144,100.00 - USD $214,350.00 /A

Bonus Eligibility:
Role is eligible for 25% annual incentive provided the business meets financial goals and the individual meets their performance goals, subject to plan administration guidelines.

Responsibilities:
<div><div><div>Your Role: </div><div>The EHS Specialist position will perform as an effective facilitator to influence development of a proactive approach to health and environmental issues.
