Lead, supervise, and develop the regionally based team of EHS Specialists, holding contracted hires accountable for timely project site visits, effective partnerships with construction and operations and maintenance supervisors, accurate time and expense tracking, and responsive corrective action support across assigned projects. Monitor regional EHS performance by tracking leading and lagging indicators, preparing reports for regional and project leadership, identifying trends, and maintaining project-specific Health and Safety plans (HASPs), drills, and coordination procedures.
