Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER, ASTM Environmental Professional (EP) (EPA 40 CFR 312.10), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Professional Engineer (PE), Geologist in Training/Registered/Professional Geologist (GIT/RG/PG), EPA Lead Inspector, EPA Lead Risk Assessor, AHERA Building Inspector, AHERA Management Planner, Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or other industry-relevant certification preferred. Candidate must also have solid base writing skills, attention to detail, effective inter-communication skills, familiarity with Phase I (ASTM E1527-21), Phase II (ASTM E1903), and ability to work independently when required.
