Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed Medical ICU with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, managing complex diagnoses including sepsis, ARDS, pneumonia, AKI, ETOH withdrawal, and overdose. Provide advanced care for ventilated patients, including management of arterial lines and central lines, as well as troubleshooting RT equipment (vents, CPAP, BiPAP, high flow).
