This is skilled work in the City's Stormwater, Pavement, and Traffic Operations Department, operating heavy duty motor vehicle type equipment, of moderate complexity, used in large scale construction and maintenance activities, street maintenance and grounds maintenance activities, including backhoes, front-end loaders, skid steers, slope mowers, street sweepers, Vactor tucks, and other related heavy equipment. Have considerable knowledge of or experience with materials, equipment, tools, methods, and techniques used in concrete and asphalt related maintenance, repair, and construction projects and of the occupational hazards and safety precautions involved.
