The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with one or more major ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle), a thorough understanding of accounting principles and procurement operations as they function within an ERP, a strong track record of defining requirements and building durable business processes, and the judgment to balance speed of delivery with long-term system integrity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Serve as a functional subject matter expert on core accounting processes within the ERP - including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting, fixed assets, period-end close, and financial reporting; partner closely with the Controller and Finance team to ensure the ERP supports accurate, auditable books.
