Serve as a liaison between students, providers, faculty/staff, & families Provide direct intervention services to students experiencing emotional, interpersonal, or physical distress At the direction of the Director of the Counseling Assistance Program for Students, provide consultation to faculty or staff responding to students experiencing distress Communicate case updates, action plans, and intervention outcomes to CARE Team members and relevant campus stakeholders while maintaining appropriate confidentiality. Under the general direction and supervision of the Dean of Students, Milford Campus, with on-campus support from the Director of the Counseling Assistance Program for Students, the Student Care Case Manager provides support and care to students experiencing varying degrees of need and/or distress, as well as providing holistic, student-centered case management services to students experiencing complex personal, mental health, academic, financial, housing, or social challenges.
