This role will serve as the primary liaison between Business, IT, and Salesforce delivery teams, driving alignment of business processes, documenting requirements, facilitating decision-making, and translating business needs into implementable user stories, sprint plans, and functional specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong facilitation skills, executive communication capabilities, and deep Salesforce functional knowledge, with experience leading enterprise-wide requirement workshops and merger/integration programs.
