The project integrates a 15 MW dual-fuel turbine CHP system, HRSGs and steam interfaces, natural-gas and backup propane systems, 12.47 kV distribution and substations, SEL-based protection, microgrid controls, cybersecurity, operator training, and full commissioning at an operating industrial facility. Lead daily delivery for ERP as prime; integrate RICHARD and specialty subcontractors, the baseline schedule, Government correspondence, submittals, risk, change, payments and closeout.
