The project will be delivered using Agile Scrum methodologies through a phased implementation approach, requiring the successful configuration, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of a secure, FedRAMP-compliant cloud solution that supports licensing, compliance, enforcement, case management, document management, reporting, payment processing, and integration with internal and external systems. Responsibilities include project planning and governance, requirements elicitation and user story development, solution design, systems integration, API and interface development, data conversion and migration, configuration management, testing support, sprint execution, training and knowledge transfer, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
