This offshore role requires strong functional leadership across order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, exception handling, solution design, testing, data migration, integrations, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance. Coordinate with client SMEs, onshore and offshore teams, technical and integration teams, and business users for design decisions, third-party or EDI integrations, training, knowledge transfer, cutover, and transition activities.
