This role partners closely with operations, engineering, policy, data, and functional teams to assess business processes, identify risks and improvement opportunities, define requirements and performance measures, and strengthen enterprise process governance. Lead interviews, workshops, and working sessions with site, functional, and business leaders to understand and document business processes, workflows, requirements, pain points, and operational risks.
