Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee commercial escrow transactions from file opening through closingReview purchase agreements, title commitments, and closing instructions for accuracy and completenessCoordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and real estate agents throughout the transactionPrepare and review settlement statements (CD/HUD) and all closing documentationEnsure all title requirements, liens, and conditions are satisfied prior to closingHandle complex transactions, including commercial acquisitions/dispositions, refinances, development deals, and 1031 exchangesBalance escrow files, confirm funding, and ensure accurate disbursement of fundsMaintain compliance with Texas regulations, underwriter guidelines, and internal policiesProvide a high level of client service through proactive communication and issue resolutionManage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting strict deadlinesQualifications:Minimum 3+ years of commercial escrow experienceStrong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and title processesExperience reviewing title commitments, surveys, and legal documentsProficiency with escrow and closing software platformsIn-depth understanding of Texas escrow and title regulationsExperience with 1031 exchanges and multi-entity transactions preferredSalary Range: $65000 - $85000 annually.
