The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with the transaction types that give rise to escrow and account control structures, including M&A transactions, private placements, acquisition finance, secured lending, restructuring, litigation settlements, project finance, regulatory escrows, collateral arrangements, and other capital markets-related activity. Within Transaction Banking, the Escrow and Account Control offering supports complex commercial and capital markets transactions where funds must be held, pledged, controlled, released, or administered in accordance with transaction documentation, client objectives, and risk/control requirements.
