The Welcome Center Representative will assist with membership and program sales, handle telephone calls, regulate lobby traffic, provide all membership and program information, and know and execute policies and procedures. The Wang YMCA is searching for an energetic leader to engage with our current and potential members of our community to provide outstanding customer service, a warm welcoming and friendly environment and work as part of a team to exceed member expectations.
