Air Products is seeking a Commercial Paralegal at our global HQ in Allentown, Pennsylvania to provide contracting support to commercial attorneys and business clients by assisting with the preparation, review, negotiation, administration, and execution of gas sales agreements, amendments, and related legal documents. Act as a primary liaison between commercial teams, business management, and attorneys by coordinating priorities, communicating status updates, escalating critical issues, ensuring alignment on legal strategies, and helping drive timely resolution of business and customer concerns.
