This role provides overall field leadership and serves as the primary site representative for Schneider Electric, overseeing subcontractor performance, site logistics, quality assurance, schedule execution, client coordination, and safety compliance. The Senior Site Manager works in close partnership with Project Managers, subcontractors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
