This role is best suited for a project manager, architect, engineer, construction manager, or owner’s representative who can independently manage consultants, contractors, budgets, schedules, stakeholder expectations, and construction impacts to ongoing operations. This requires the ability to build, lead, and manage a project team, to create a project plan, including project definition, scope and budgets, and to solicit and synthesize input from end-users, departmental leadership, facilities staff, consultants and other key stakeholders.
