The Dining Service Bartender stands and walks intermittently throughout the working day, as well as reaches, stoops, bends, lifts, carries, and manipulates various food products, dietary supplies and equipment; Must have an ability to work with chemicals and cleaning agents; Must be able to withstand exposure to temperature and humidity changes as in entering refrigerated storage areas, working at ovens, ranges, dish-washing machines, and at steam tables; Must be free from infections or diseases. Assist with any and all aspects for dining service set-up, including dining room and tables/placings set-up, stocking buffets and serve station, preparing beverages, salads and desserts and other food items as instructed and in accordance with recipes, and assistance at catering events, as well as covering for the Hostess to seat residents.
