Working across a distributed technology environment, this position provides visibility into divisional technology needs, risks, priorities, and opportunities, leads division-wide initiatives, and advances improvements in divisional technology governance, documentation, support pathways, resourcing, continuity, modernization, and organizational change management. The Director represents the division in enterprise technology, analytics, security, and platform discussions, and leads cross-unit coordination on shared platforms and systems to improve consistency, reduce duplication, and support sound investment decisions.
