Responsible for a range of evidence-based services to provide structure and accountability, including but not limited to: conducting the LS-CMI Assessment and analyzing all required assessments prior to admission and intake and developing case plans for persons served; facilitating new intakes and explaining the program components to persons served, face-to-face supervision appointments with people to support compliance with all program requirements and terms of supervision, identify and provide people with community based services for supportive services based on need, as well as conduct skill building activities during supervision appointments, facilitate evidence-based curriculum, including Thinking for a change and Carey Guides, BITS, routine alcohol and drug testing, working with local treatment providers to ensure enrollment in and compliance with treatment, and support people with compliance with all related fees (program, court, treatment, and electronic monitoring). • Communication – strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide information effectively with a diverse population - the persons we serve, supervisor, colleagues, judges, District Attorney, Department of Corrections Probation Agents, in writing and oral communications.
